BIG PROGRESSION DESPITE DEFEAT

AFTER producing a fantastic performance to be level at 3-3 at half time, the Sharks effort fell away somewhat in the second half.
Nonetheless, this was a much-improved display from GWS.
Aisha opened the Sharks scoring with a header from a corner, Vicky added a second with a clean strike and Dee also netted from a corner in the first half.
The opposition did up their game in the second half and produced some fine goals. Sharks' defence was weak at times, but they did keep putting pressure on the opposition.
Vicky added two good goals before the end to finish on a positive note.
Next week brings a huge game against Stone Army, who are bottom of the league. If Sharks lose, they will slip to the basement.

"Brilliant effort tonight girls!!! From 0-1 to 3-3 was a great first half performance.
"A few gaps didn't help us in the second half, nevertheless I felt we showed a big progression this week.
"We played to the final whistle as Vicky proved it with two last-minute goals.
"We need to stick together as 1 Unit-All for Stone Army next week."
