SHARKS kept up their super form by thrashing arch rivals The Late Arrivals in last night's match at the Birmingham International Futsal Arena.
GWS had lost their last game against TLA in March, but yesterday's first meeting of the season brought sweet revenge for the Whites.
There were no goals for the first 10 minutes with the Sharks repeating the strong defence they displayed against the Mighty Chicks the previous week.
The deadlock was broken when Aisha scored, followed by another goal for Vicky who beat every player to the finish line.
Serricha then slammed in her first to make it 3-0 at half time.
The second half brought some fine passing from GWS and excellent defending by Sarita.
Becky Tonteh Nash scored two amazing goals, Vicky got her second, and Serricha did likewise, nicely selecting the top right corner for a fine finish.
Salma: "This takes us to 13 points alongside 30 Degrees and only one point behind Birmingham Futsal Ladies B.
"Keep on biting - it was a brilliant all-round performance today from defending and passing to scoring goals when required."
Sharks have now won three of their last four games.
