WITH Farzana hanging up her boots a big hole was left in the Sharks team.
The defence was wide open and this did show.
Bham netted two simple goals before Camilla took a strike and scored her first of the season.
The opponents did come back, scoring off a volley only moments after Dee scored another neat goal.
Half-Time: 2-4.
The Sharks could only hope for a better second half but it didn't happen.
However, the nightmare had only just started with Vicky and Aisha getting the ball up front but not able to take shots or manage anything on target.
An own goal and other errors proved costly and the final score was 2-9.
Not what the Sharks needed but if a main player leaves it won't be easy finding a replica of that player.
However, the Sharks can only learn from these lessons and work hard at forming again.
This was the only game played in the league tonight.
All other matches were walkovers. Is it a league any more? It seems pointless continuing when teams show so much apathy.
It doesn't get any easier for Sharks as next week it's leaders Birmingham Futsal Elite Ladies.
