WILNECOTE WONDER SCORES FOUR AS SHARKS DRAW

Tricky Vicky is so quicky

GREAT WHITE SHARKS 7 (Vicky 4, Dee, Aisha, Farzana)
STONE ARMY 7
Joma International Birmingham Women's Futsal League Premiership - October 9, 2013

VICKY "Roadrunner" Roe scored four times as the Sharks played out a thrilling draw against the rock hard Stone Army.
Looking solid tonight, Sharks got off to decent start before Stone opened the scoring, but Vicky scored two back-to-back to make it 2-1.
The Sharks yet again let another through - this time by a unfortunate own goal by the Tamworth Terror (which will not be added to her collection).
Keeping positive, Farzana got into the swing of things with a goal and when the Wilnecote Whirlwind completed her hat-trick it was 4-3 at half-time.
HT: SHARKS 4 STONE 3
The Sharks felt confident and went in even stronger with Vicky adding more pressure and outstanding Dee making it count with her goal too.
Aisha joined the party with her goal to make it 7-5 to GWS.
The Sharks looked brilliant and set for the win before the referee gave a questionable direct free-kick for excessive nudging against Farzana which was never a given? Stone scored to make it 7-6.
The Sharks came straight back and scored again, but the goal was turned down by the referee because she was writing down the scores???!!!
Unsettling the mood, Stone Army knocked in the equaliser within seconds of the whistle being blown!
Again no clock so not even sure if the game was played fair?!
Salma said: "Brilliant game by the Sharks tonight, it felt like the dream team.
"No mistakes were evident and each player's game play was so good it gave the keeper more confidence and she made better saves.
"With all against us The Sharks take a point and look forward to next week and a game against Misfits, who are the new leaders after beating Under Estimated tonight."
TEAM: Salma, Aisha, Dee, Vicky, Farzana.
