FRESH OFF THE FOLD 10
SHARKS looked great in their new kit tonight but the white shirts were not lucky on this occasion as the Fold ran out convincing winners.
New kit, new attitude, but Fresh struck first with a quick goal which was soon followed by another.
GWS replied when No7 Camilla curved a brilliant effort into the net for 2-1, but the Fold grabbed another one to make it 3-1 half time.
In the second half it all exploded for the Fresh - power, boots, control and mighty shots saw them rack up another quick two for 5-1.
Camilla scored another for Sharks for 10 minutes left and from there GWS battled well, marking players, taking hard-hitting deflections, but Fresh were pushing for more.
At times Sharks keep switching off, the formation is not being followed and opponents get too far ahead.
No1 Salma, dressed in gold, scored again from her goal, a long arm pass deflecting in off an opponent, but Fresh were in command and they added five more for a 10-3 result.
Salma said afterwards in an exclusive interview with Sky Sports: "I believe this is our last hard loss.
"It's time now to battle other teams who are much less experienced compared to us.
"It doesn't matter how slow you go - as long as you don't stop."
